       I interviewed 6 Agents and did my research before choosing to go ahead with Mitra. She got our Richmond Hill house sold fast during the pandemic, and also negotiated with the buyers to get us the maximum possible amount for our home. She is also very responsive and you can absolutely trust that she stays on top of her work.       I had the opportunity to use Mitra’s expertise within the last ten years. Through all these years, she has always been a very personable and pleasant individual making it easy to interact and communicate with. My last recent experience was to sell and buy a house with her. When selling my house, she did her due diligence and used good strategies to get the best price I could expect then. Also, when looking for a house to buy, she always was accessible and made great efforts to make sure to get appointments for showing right away.
